Why Mauritius:
As a Franco-Mauritian, the idea of opening a concierge service in Mauritius came naturally to me. As a native of this island, where I lived for 11 years, I possess deep knowledge of its every corner. It’s the country of my origins, a place filled with memories and family ties.
Besides this sentimental connection, the island’s pleasant climate and my passion for water sports, particularly kitesurfing, make it the ideal place to combine work and leisure. This unique blend of local experience is something I aim to share with tourists.

What are your services?
We currently offer three packages. The first is personalised support to help you get started in holiday rentals with the starter pack. The second is remote management of your listing, where we handle everything from listing your property to automating its optimisation for better visibility: this is the excellence pack. The last one (the serenity pack) is full management of your property, where we take care of everything from A to Z!
I want to stay in my property; how can I block the calendar?
It's simple: Just get in touch with us to block the dates for your stay in our calendar.
What are your management fees and how are they calculated?
You can find our different rates through each package. Depending on the level of management you choose, we charge only 12% or 25% of the income generated by your rental. No hidden fees, no extra charges. The management and consultancy fees are deducted directly as commissions from the net amount received by the owner (on Airbnb only). On other platforms, you will receive an invoice with our commission.
How and when will I be paid by the traveller?
You will be paid into your bank account according to the usual timeframes of the various platforms. With Airbnb, you are paid on the first day of the traveller's arrival. On other platforms, it’s between 3 and 7 days.
What happens if the travellers damage the property?
First of all, we strongly recommend removing all valuables from your property during the rental period to reduce the risk of damage or theft. In case of problems caused by travellers, rest assured that our team will be available to minimise any losses. We will work closely with the platform and the travellers involved to resolve the situation. If your booking was made through Airbnb, you can also benefit from the Aircover host guarantee at no extra cost.
What happens if I decide to stop collaborating with you?
If you decide to end your contract with Sparkeys Gestion, we ask that you respect a notice period of at least 60 days. Please note that you will still need to honour all upcoming bookings or pay the cancellation fees for each booking if you need to cancel them.
Where does Sparkeys Gestion currently operate?
We are located in Grand Baie, which allows us to closely monitor properties in the North and West regions of the island. We are willing to make an exception if your property is less than an hour’s drive from Grand Baie.
